Nashville Paranormal Investigations offers small-group ghost tours, haunted pub crawls, and dark history walks for people who want more than a scripted group march through the usual downtown stops. We are native Nashvillians who treat the city’s past with respect and stay open to the unexplained without turning it into theater.

Missy is a fourth-generation paranormal medium known for a direct, empathetic style. She has said for years that “Dead people talk to me.” Joseph is a former architect and software designer with a long interest in Nashville’s documented buildings, streets, and legacies, and a deep interest in the how and why of paranormal phenomena. We lead small-group tours downtown, so that the history and atmosphere can actually be felt rather than shouted over.

What We Offer

Our core tours include:

- Downtown pub crawls at lesser-known bars that mix Nashville’s notorious past, legends, and reported hauntings with time to talk and take in the space.

- Medium-guided versions of those crawls, where Missy gives ad hoc readings to guests and more detection equipment is deployed.

- Nashville Revealed dark history walks that move through downtown streets and alleys, focusing on the fuller stories behind key places and locations, and any lingering energies still reported there.

- Seasonal and private events at reputed haunted locations, including limited evenings such as Halloween Eve at Two Rivers Mansion.

These are not jump-scare productions. They are walks and evenings built around research, local knowledge, and the idea that history never dies. We emphasize connection and a personal touch. The people and events that shaped Nashville continue to leave traces; we simply invite sincerely interested guests to walk those traces with us.

We stay intentionally small so conversations can happen and details are not lost. We focus on places where the historical record and ongoing local reports overlap, and we share what is documented rather than inventing drama. And we leave space for guests to discover vibrations for themselves.
